In the process of oil production by extracting, different extracting equipment (Batch Extractor for 10-200 tons per day, Ring Extractor for 80-500 tons per day, Ballyuan Extractor for 80-1000 tons per day) is usually selected to complete the process of oil production by extracting. After the initial solvent extracting, there are still residual solvents and oils in the cakes, so it is necessary to use the stripper to evaporate this part of the oil, so as to maximize the output. After solvent extracting and distillation, the oil-solvent mixture obtained needs to be treated by evaporator and stripper to separate the non-edible solvents for secondary use and obtain crude oil.

Main Equipments

Different extractors have different operating principles, but essentially they make the cakes rolling to make it better contact with the extracting solvent, so as to efficiently extract the oil from the cakes. According to the demand of daily processing capacity, it can be divided into batch extractor for 10-200 tons per day, ring extractor for 80-500 tons per day, ballyuan extractor for 80-1000 tons per day. We will design the best equipment supporting scheme for you according to your specific needs.

The internal structure of the stripper is often multi-layered, each layer is equipped with stir-frying plate and lower outlet. The extracted cakes enter from the top of the stripper, and after a circle of stir-frying on the first layer, it enters the second layer from the lower outlet, and so on. After multi-layer stir-frying oil, its internal oil and solvent have basically evaporated, so as to maximize your oil production.
