Wet-meal desolventzier and moisture adjusting use DTDC desolventzierT301, it has 8 layers. First and second is pre-desolventizer.use indirect steam heating ,the raw materials level height is 300mm,control by loudspeaker, only use for removing the surface solvent, in pre-desolventzier use for solvent evaporation, wet meal temperature no increased normally. After removing the surface solvent, then go to third and fourth layers. the two is Breathable layer, by indirect steam and the lower layer direct steam, materials level height is 600mm. Control by alarm ,in breathable layer, steam start go to wet meal inner structure and Combined with the solvent molecules and make exchange. The wet-meal temperature is increasing. The fourth layer temperature is about 90℃,solvent content is very little. The fifth floor use direct steam layer. Using low pressure saturated steam heated directly, materials level is very little. The fifth layer is direct steam layer. Using low pressure saturated steam heated directly, materials level height is about 800mm,in this layer, wet meal temperature increase, export temperature can reach 105℃,Within the traces of solvent and removal, can achieve 300 ppm, A dramatic increase in moisture, can reach 15-16%. In six and seven hot wind layer,materials layer height is 600mm,Automatically by the control of this layer to control material door, in the two layers, from the bottom of the pot into the 120-150 ℃under the action of warm air, pulp moisture can be gradually reduced to 12-13%, hot air produced by the blower and heat by air heater.hot wind column can adjust accord to the meal moisture.Through adjust the frequency of meal discharger auger L302,in this layer,From the bottom of the pot injection under the action of wind, pulp temperature quickly dropped to below 40 ℃, the cold wind is produced by the blower F303, and can be adjusted through the throttle air volume.
2. Miscella evaporate
The concentration about 30% miscella will go to two cyclone separators F301ab through miscella pump, separate the large size impurity and back to extractor,after filter,the miscella oil will go to miscella tankV304,after setting and sediment,the meal impurity will be back to extractor continuous by pump,clean miscella will be dosed by first evaporate liquid supply pumpP303.First evaporator heating tubes is stainless steel,the heating steam is the second steam from desolventizer discharge and waste steam from steam inject pumpP316ab.In order to reduce the evaporation temperature of the mixture of oil, first the inside of the evaporator pressure control in 40 KPa, negative pressure generated by the steam jet pump P316a, and through the automatic control of working steam pressure to keep negative pressure stability, the atmospheric evaporation can save more than 30% of the steam.
The miscella from evaporator go to oil-oil heat exchangerE305 by second evaporate liquid supplying pump,exchange with the 120℃ crude oil from stripper.so the miscella temperature will be increased into 75℃ before second evaporator,same time,the extraction crude oil temperature can decreased into 80℃.Second evaporator heating tubes also use stainless steel materials.inner evaporate pressure same first evaporator,heating resource is indirect steam, through the automatic control of steam pressure to keep two export mix the oil temperature of the steam at 115 ℃, the concentration of 95% or more.
3. Solvent condense
The solvent gas from first and second evaporator, under pressure with 40Kpa,the gas go to evaporate condenser E307,the gas without condenser will go to first evaporate by steam inject pump. 40℃ condense liquid was extracted by condense liquid pump P308,then go to economizer E318,exchange heat with the solvent gas not condense from first evaporator,from first evaporator the solvent gas with60℃ condense liquid and the liquid from economizer from 50℃ will go to separate tank V310.The un-cooled gas will go to balance tank V307.
The mixed gas from stripping , under the pressure of 20 KPa for condensation of stripping condenser E308 condensate P308 imported into the condensate pump, condensate gas by steam jet pump P316b not drawn into a steamed shell side. Evaporation of the solvent extractor from gas into leaching E311 condenser, condensate after collecting liquid tank V309 buffer into the cistern V310, condensate gas into the balance tank V307. The rest from mixing tank, water tank, underground solvent library V317ab all of the free gas into the tank V307, then entered the final condenser E310, condensate after collecting liquid tank V308 buffer into the cistern V310, condensate gas into paraffin absorber T304.
Mixed liquid into water separate tank V310V, through static layering, upper solvent overflow to the V311 recycled solvent turnover, holding tank V311 settling at the bottom of a small amount of water through the waste liquid pump P310 tank back to liquid collect tank V309. The waste water in the bottom of water separate tank will go to boiling tank V312,here,the waste water will be heated to 95℃ ,direct steam spray quantity temperature will be kept stable through automatic control.Mixed gas from boiling tank will go to balance tankV307, discharge waste water solvent content under less than 100ppm.
4. Tail gas solvent recovery process:
The gas from the final condenser discharge will go to Paraffin absorption tower T304 down part first , 35 ℃ of paraffin inferior injection from the top. Countercurrent absorption, paraffin and tail gas in the condition of 304 stainless steel pall ring, absorb reach the ideal state. The paraffin liquid (also called the rich oil) solvent content should not be more than 5%, to ensure maximum absorption. Absorbed by paraffin of exhaust gas by flame arrester exhaust fan F304, discharge workshop. Paraffin and tail gas use Countercurrent absorption,In the condition of 304 stainless steel large area,it can reach the idea condition.The paraffin oil ( rich oil) solvent content not more than 5%,to ensure the most absorptivity.Absorbed by paraffin of exhaust gas by flame arrester exhaust fan F304, discharge workshop.
