Pretreatment oil material process:

(1). Cleaning: Our vibration screen and destoner will remove various impurities from raw material peanut such as: irons, stones, clumps, after clean up the peanut impurity content should not exceed 0.2%.

(2). Crushing: Oil seeds is crushed into 6-8 pieces. In order to meet the requirements of crushing, the peanut is suitable for crushing with the moisture of 7% to 12%.

(3). Softening: The purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature of oil seeds, sot that it will be soft and easy to extract oil.

(4). Flaking process: Rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to destroy the peanut cell tissue, and increase contact surface area, shorten the oil route from cake.

(5). Drying: Adjust moisture of oil seeds to meet the requirement of next extraction process.

(6). Cooking process: it is adopt steam cooking, inject direct steam and cook the flakes to meet the requirement of oil press.

(7). Pre-press: Press the flakes to suitable oil content of 16%-18% in the cake. And then cake will go to solvent extraction or second-press process.

(8). Second oil press: cake will extracted again with oil residue content about 5%.

Oil solvent extraction process Introduction:

(1) Function: Solvent extraction system is an oil extraction process through soaking or spraying a certain organic solvent to the oil cake. The principle is difference solubility between solvent and oil.

(2) Usage range: Solvent extraction is fit for high-oil-content oil seed after pre-press extraction also for low-oil-content materials after pretreatment.

(3) Main section: The solvent extraction system includes extractor, toaster, 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator, stripping tower, condenser, etc.

1. Decoloring tank: bleach pigments from crude oil.

2. Deodorizing tank: remove the unpleasant smell from decolorized oil.

3. Oil furnace: provide enough heat for the refining sections which need high temperature of 280℃.

4. Vacuum pump: provide high pressure for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more.

5. Air compressor: dry the bleached clay after bleaching.

6. Filter press: filter the clay into the bleached oil.

7. Steam generator: generate steam for distillation.
