Peanut Pretreatment process:

1) Cleaning: Our vibration screen and destoner will remove various impurities from raw material peanut such as:

irons, stones, clumps, after clean up the peanut impurity content lower than 0.2%. This will ensure that they can

follow the normal operation of the press process.

2) Crushing: Oil seeds is crushed into 6-8 pieces. The purpose of this section is to relieve the pressure on the embryo

pressing section.Reduce powder production.

3) Flaking: Rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to destroy the peanut cell tissue, and increase contact

surface area. It’s much easier to be heated or to adjust to different states of moisture.

4) Cooking: The purpose of cooking is to adjust the moisture and temperature of oil seeds, this destroys the cell walls

of the oil and provides the conditions for subsequent embryo pressing.

5) Pre-press: Press the flakes to suitable oil content of 15%-16% in the cake.This is to reduce the pressure of the

secondary press.To extract as much residual oil as possible.

6) Second oil pressing: cake will extracted again with oil residue content about 5%. This part of the oil mill is specially

designed to minimize residue at a slower rate.

7) Filter:Filter the oil for impurities.To improve the whole quality.Reduce the pressure of refining.
