Operation

Turn on the thermostat switch and adjust the temperature to 50 to 60°C.2.Push the manual pressure relief rod to the rear, open the top, turn on the machine, observe that the
piston in the barrel rises to the pressure plate, immediately turn off the switch, note: do not raise the piston too high, or the piston will fall out of the cylinder , Causing the piston to tilt, unable to fall back, and hydraulic oil leakage. Take out thetop pressure plate, do not move other accessories in the barrel

3.Open the top, put a cotton pad on the bottom of the barrel, pour the prepared Raw Materials into the barrel, put another cotton pad on the top of the material, put it in the pressure plate, close the top, and release the pressure manually Push the lever to the rear position, start the switch, and start squeezing. Under normal circumstances, the electric contact pressure gauge of the meter box will automatically stop when the pressure reaches 55-60 MPa, and the machine will automatically work when the pressure drops to 45 MPa. Repeat 2-3 times, the oil is basically squeezed out, and the switch is turned off. Pull the manual pressure relief lever slowly and forcefully until the small cylinder at the top of the pressure relief valve can be pressed down. After 10 seconds, push the manual pressure relief rod to the rear position again, open the upper cover, turn on the switch of the main engine, and take out the oil cake. Then gently pull the manual pressure relief rod until the small cylinder at the top of the pressure relief valve can be pressed down, and the next pressing can be started after the piston falls to the bottom.
